Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Being perishable in nature, will be not be able to accept any returns of such items. Also, refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such item.
All products except express delivery products are delivered in 3-4 business days.
Food items are not shipped to:Australia, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, China, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Macau, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Yemen.
Each country maintains its own norms and policies. So, in case of international deliveries, the customers are required to furnish their valid id proofs for taking delivery (for some countries). Failing to do so, the order would not get cancelled or refunded. We hope customer will cooperate in this policy.
